A very popular and fun game on Facebook right now is Cafeland. This is a game that kind of reminds me of the sims and restaurant game all combined into one. Basically you run a restaurant in the game and have to cook food and serve customers in order to grow and expand your business.
You gain experience for certain tasks and cafe coins for money in order to buy more items and expansions with. The higher your level, the more different types of foods you can make and serve and the more money you make. You also have to make sure that the customers remain happy by making sure there are enough places to sit and, keeping the place clean, keeping a varied menu, and several other factors as well. This customer satisfaction translates into what is called your popularity score, and the higher it is the better your business does. The restaurant can also be decorated with different types of things in order to make it more appealing to the customers. This game keeps things very interesting, and unlike other games in this genre that can only be played for a certain amount of time a day, you can play Cafeland as long as you like. It keeps you very busy constantly making sure food is stocked, things are clean, and collecting all of the tips that the customers leave you. I also like the variety of foods that you can cook in the game, things like burgers, fries, soup, enchiladas, sandwiches, pizza, and many others as your levels progress. Another fun aspect of the game is expanding your restaurant to accommodate more people, which is done in a very sim like editor and with square item placement patterns. All in all I think this is a very fun game to play and if you aren’t careful, you might play it a lot longer that you were expecting to.
